Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in education sector or working with students and families.
• Experience providing training, facilitation and coaching for adults.

Responsibilities

• Improve in-seat attendance and reduce chronic absenteeism by engaging with families, students and staff.
• Create and maintain attendance systems, track data, and run monthly audits.
• Direct case management of chronically absent students and coordinate with families.
• Lead attendance teams, coach school personnel, and drive data-informed decisions.
