Description

A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking a full-time Research Project Coordinator on the Kirksville, MO campus. The Research Project Coordinator II is responsible for the successful planning and implementation of multiple clinical and academic projects, which must be planned, monitored, controlled, and delivered on time and following the respective research protocols.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for constant communication with all ATSU and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, professors, physicians, students, research participants, and statisticians.
  2. Maintain knowledge of, follow, and update research project standard operating procedures.
  3. Ensure research activities, contracts, and agreements are executed in accordance with ATSU, state, and federal laws, policies, and guidelines.
  4. Infrequent evening and weekend work may be required.
  5. This position requires physical presence on the Kirksville, MO campus daily; it is not a telecommute position.
Requirements
  1. College degree with three to five years of experience in coordinating and organizing multiple projects effectively.
  2. Effective and confident speaking and presentation skills.
  3. Relevant experience in clinical/academic research.
  4. Positive, outgoing attitude with the ability to excel in a complex, detail-oriented environment.
