CAE USA Inc. seeks an ATS TSSC Manager to oversee all ATS TSSC operations for the C-17 Training System, directing engineering, courseware, IT, CM, ILS, maintenance and test activities to ensure full contract compliance.
This role serves as the primary customer interface, leads ATS TSSC reviews, manages schedules and milestones, resolves technical and program challenges, and aligns resources across ATS TSSC functions; MTS TSSC operations at Charleston AFB fall under this manager.

**Summary**
The ATS (Aircrew Training System) TSSC Manager oversees all C-17 Training System Support Center operations, directing engineering, courseware, IT, CM, ILS, maintenance, and test activities to ensure full contract compliance. Serving as the primary customer interface, this role leads ATS TSSC related program reviews, manages schedules and milestones, resolves technical and program challenges, and ensures resource alignment across all ATS TSSC functions. The manager guides quality assurance efforts, coordinates with USAF stakeholders, supports CDRL reporting, and co‑chairs key training system working groups. MTS (Maintenance Training System) TSSC (Charleston AFB, SC) operations will also fall under the ATS TSSC Manager but will be managed by a dedicated on-site MTS TSSC Manager.
