Job summary

Green Bay Packers, Inc. and its subsidiaries is seeking a Supervisor for Atrium Operations to oversee housekeeping and atrium set up. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming Lambeau Field environment.

The role requires 2 years in housekeeping/setup and 1 year in supervision, with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Weekend/evening availability and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of prior experience in housekeeping or setup field.
• 1 year of prior experience in supervising employees.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, both one-on-one and in group situations.
• Ability to function appropriately under stressful conditions.
• Excellent administrative, organizational skills and an ability to prioritize.
• Must have good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays, and be able to respond to emergency calls after hours as needed.
• Working knowledge of basic Audio/Visual is a plus.

• Assist in the operations of the Housekeeping and Set Up functions of the department.
• Provide attention to detail to meet a world class standard.
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage to meet operational objectives.
• Provide direction to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment.
• Motivate employees to perform at their best.
• Attend and participate in departmental staff meetings.
• Keep public and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Maintain upkeep of department equipment.
• Conduct quality control inspections and support quality improvements.
• Support Facilities operations at other Packers properties.
