Job description

We are currently looking for an ATR Accounting Assistant to support our EMEA region. This role is responsible for the end to end process of accounting to report process from recording, closing, reconciliation, and financial reporting. This role is for a 3 months fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post journal entries in general ledger

  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, provide balance confirmation of intercompany, process fixed asset transactions, and provide various reports needed by stakeholders

  • Perform bank reconciliation and monitors open items

  • Perform month-end closing activities and ensures all activities are completed timely and accurately based on global calendar and in accordance with agreed SLA

  • Perform internal controls review and complete documentation in accordance if iPace requirements

  • Identify and rectify issues encountered and document in issue and error log

  • Perform all activites within the agreed and set SLA with customers and global targets

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting or Finance

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred

  • At least fresh graduate (0-1year) of finance professional experience especially in the field of accounting processes

  • Previous experience in a General Ledger function is essential.

  • Knowledge in SAP System and experience in Shared Services Center/BPO

  • Experience in process migration, is a plus.

  • Is able to work under time pressure

  • Strong work ethic comprising openness, trust, and integrity

  • Effective communication skills, both written and spoken English.
