CAE Inc is seeking a Part-time Simulator Flight Instructor I to support the ATP‑CTP program in the US. You will deliver high‑quality simulator and ground school training, align with regulatory standards, and ensure complete training records.

Candidates should hold an unrestricted FAA ATP certificate and have Part 121/135 experience. The role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and opportunities for internal growth.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted FAA ATP certificate.
• 2+ years of experience in FAA Part 121 or 135 program.
• Ability and willingness to work night shifts as required.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Successful completion of all ATP written exams.
• Working knowledge of aviation regulations.
• English fluency.

Responsabilités

• Deliver instructor-led / Part 142 training to CAE customers.
• Provide ATP/CTP ground school and simulator training on Gulfstream‑V or E145.
• Conduct pre- and post-flight simulator briefings per CAE standards.
• Deliver simulator instruction for licenses, type ratings, and certifications.
• Maintain client training records and handover to other instructors.
• Recommend remedial training when necessary.
• Record simulator usage and discrepancies per procedures.
• Maintain and update instructional qualifications.
• Act as SME in curriculum and courseware development when required.
• Complete examiner-related training as assigned by Head of Training.
• Serve as an invigilator during examinations.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

Fluency in English

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong customer‑service orientation

Ability to concentrate and perform in fast-paced training

Adaptability to changes
