Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Project Manager for Product Operations to own the end-to-end Authority to Operate (ATO) and certification for DoD/IC systems, ensuring continuous NIAP, CSfC, and FIPS 140-3 compliance.

You will support hardware initiatives, drive R&D-to-manufacturing processes, manage Arena BOMs and Ariba vendor data, with a hybrid role in Arlington/Herndon, VA and 10–20% travel. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in a defense contracting or high-assurance hardware/software environment.
• Experience certifying software and hardware on DoD/IC networks.
• Experience with hardware certifications and cybersecurity validation (FIPS 140-3).
• Interest in US government national security missions across intelligence and defense communities.
• Familiarity with PLM and vendor management systems (Arena, Ariba).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ATO and continuous certification for DoD/IC systems.
• Serve as go-to expert on NIAP Common Criteria, CSfC, and FIPS 140-3 validation.
• Define requirements and actions with stakeholders to achieve ATO certification.
• Steward a DevSecOps approach and secure SDLC practices across product teams.
• Maintain ongoing certification and new validation efforts for hardware and software.
• Partner with Product Operations Lead to build R&D-to-manufacturing processes and stage-gate criteria.
• Manage Bills of Materials in Arena for hardware products.
• Maintain accurate vendor data in Ariba with pricing and sourcing details.
• Provide regular consolidated status on ATO milestones to leadership.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and repeatable.
