Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in Austin, TX is seeking an entry‑level production operator to join a cleanroom team responsible for routine processing, inspection and data entry using a Windows PC. Strong English communication and a good safety mindset are essential.

Prior cleanroom or production exposure is a plus, with opportunity to rotate through 2–3 functions while maintaining quality. The role requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and follow safety protocols

• Be able to contribute effectively in a team environment and interface well with other Operators and Engineers.
• Previous cleanroom experience a plus.
• Ability to rotate between 2-3 job functions.
• Must be able to use chemicals and solvents for use in processing, cleaning and weekly wipe downs.
• Lift up to 30 pounds.
• Push or pull heavy objects using up to 30 pounds of force.
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time.
• Reach, bend, squat, lift arms over head.
• Typing
• Receive and comprehend instructions in English verbally and/or in writing.
• Use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving.
