ATM Technician – Pittsburgh, PA
Responsibilities
- Make on‑site visits to locations to repair or install ATM equipment.
- Program ATMs unassisted or with assistance from Technical Support.
- Repair and test ATM parts.
- Install, repair or replace ATM signage in customer locations.
- Document activities within the PAI system.
- Perform preventative maintenance on ATMs as assigned.
- Manage parts inventory on assigned service vehicle.
- Drive vehicles from a minimum of five days per week, in accordance with dispatched service calls.
- Carry out other field and service work as business needs present themselves within scope of practice.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age 21.
- Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and on time.
- Demonstrated confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Preferred: Experience with ATMs.
- Successful performance of required pre‑employment and drug tests.

Computer & Application Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Working knowledge of PAIReports (plus).
- Ability to use a mobile device for daily activity reporting.
Working Conditions
Work is performed on the road at various locations, with noise, frequent movement, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 250 lbs. with hand‑dolly assistance.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The employee is not responsible for supervising other positions.
