Job summary

Saab, Inc. invites applicants for a Software Co-Op in East Syracuse, NY, January–August 2027. You will work with the System Engineering Team to improve tools used within the FAA and contribute to software development across the lifecycle.

The role targets students in CS/CE/SE programs with a GPA of 3.0+ who are US citizens and have completed at least the sophomore year. A sign-on housing bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• United States Citizenship is required.
• Must have completed Sophomore year or greater.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the software development life cycle as part of the System Engineering Team.
• Develop and improve tools used within FAA-related workflows.
• Collaborate with software engineers to deliver reliable software solutions.
