Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. seeks a Field Service Technician (ATM) in Jackson, MS to service, repair and maintain ATMs within the assigned territory. Travel, on-call duties, and on-site customer support are required to ensure uptime and service levels.

The role involves installing, repairing, loading software, training staff, and documenting activities, with a focus on reliability and customer service excellence across a defined geographic area.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience, prior ATM experience preferred, or 3-5 years of field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to work extended hours, including beyond assigned shift with little notice.
• Ability to travel domestically if needed, occasional travel nationwide.
• On-Call duty required; compensation provided for On-Call duty.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support for end-user maintenance.
• Maintain all Service Level Agreement as defined per contract.
• Work on medium to high complexity products and services.
• Occasional travel with short notice to areas outside home geography.
