Job summary

The EFT Analyst at Barksdale Federal Credit Union plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate operation, balancing, and maintenance of the credit union's ATM and Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) network.

This role combines analytical problem-solving, financial reconciliation, member support, and operational processing to deliver exceptional service while maintaining the integrity of financial records and card services operations.

Qualifications

• One to two years of related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Card Processing procedures and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze accounts.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger accounts daily.
• Prepare end-of-month reconciliation for accounting division on specific general ledger accounts.
• Perform servicing maintenance, posting, balancing and clerical duties as assigned by department manager.
