Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare Physical ATM Hardware for Testing

+ Ensure all devices are operational and in good working condition prior to test

+ Configure physical devices to support different test scenarios

+ Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues (faults/jams)

+ Diagnose networking and connectivity issues

+ Coordinate complicated repairs with on-site technicians

+ Install and Configure Software

+ Install software to physical ATMs using USB sticks and remote distribution tools (SCCM)

+ Install software to virtual machines

+ Initiate scripted software installs to virtual machines

+ Review software installations for success/failure and remediate failures

+ Install software to physical ATMs using remote distribution tools (SCCM)

*This role is 100% onsite in Charlotte, NC

Basic Qualifications:

+ A minimum of 5 years of work experience

+ A minimum of 3 years of ATM hardware technician experience

+ High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree

+ Software distribution experience SCCM

+ Networking skills

+ Experience working with large numbers of virtual machines vCenter vSphere ESX
