Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer specialized in Atlassian to design, build, and deploy custom plugins and integrations for Jira and Confluence. You will craft scalable solutions that streamline project management and collaboration enterprise-wide.

You’ll work on cloud-native applications via Forge, automate processes, and maintain secure integrations while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust Atlassian tooling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, focusing on Atlassian product development.
• Proven expertise in developing plugins and integrations using the Atlassian SDK and Forge.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing custom Jira workflows and Confluence extensions.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian APIs and marketplace app development.
• Strong background in automating business processes within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom plugins and extensions for Jira and Confluence using the Atlassian SDK.
• Build and deploy modern, cloud-native applications using the Atlassian Forge platform.
• Create and optimize complex Jira workflows, custom fields, and automation rules to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain secure integrations between Atlassian products and third-party enterprise tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of custom-built Atlassian tools through proactive maintenance and documentation.
