  • Strategic Property Operations: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs across all properties, including quarterly preventative maintenance protocols, long-term capital planning, and immediate response systems for critical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to the principal\'s use and enjoyment of the properties.
  • Team Orchestration: Lead and coordinate a distributed team of property managers, maintenance professionals, and specialized vendors across multiple time zones, serving as the escalation point for maintenance requests, renovation approvals, and capital project decisions while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
