Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Wealth Advisor to start and grow a private wealth advisory practice in Atlanta. You will build on existing relationships with insurance producers to expand the book of business, engaging in warm and cold outreach while delivering comprehensive financial planning.

The role emphasizes proactive client acquisition, wealth planning expertise, and collaboration with a Client Service Representative in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a financial advisor focused on wealth planning.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and business development.
• Experience with Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) and Series 65.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CFP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business from scratch with a focus on client acquisition.
• Engage in client meetings and presentations to deliver comprehensive financial planning.
• Utilize marketing resources to generate leads and cross-sell services.
• Collaborate with a Client Service Representative for administrative support.
• Develop holistic financial strategies, including investments and tax planning.
