Ideal candidates will bring a portable book of business or a clear strategy for continued practice expansion, with senior leadership experience and exceptional strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Significant law firm experience.
• Established practice with strong reputation in their market.
• Meaningful client relationships and a demonstrated history of business development.
• Portable book of business or a well-defined strategy for continued practice growth.
• Strong leadership, client management, and relationship-building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial drive and a desire to contribute to the growth of an expanding office.
• Outstanding academic and professional credentials.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial acumen and business development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Team player.
• Areas of particular interest are insurance and construction litigation, commercial real estate and finance, tax, antitrust, and corporate transactional/M&A/private equity.

Responsibilities

• Expand and strengthen existing client relationships on a national platform.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices and complementary practice areas.
• Access resources that support continued business development and practice growth.
• Play a meaningful role in the continued expansion of a growing Atlanta office.
