Job summary

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, assist residents with boarding, and maintain routes and mileage records, using your knowledge of Atlanta traffic to ensure timely pickups.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL with endorsements and a clean driving record.
• Experience as a bus driver preferred.
• Knowledge of Atlanta area traffic patterns and routes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work part-time including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate bus safely and follow traffic laws and company policies.
• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated stops on schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus as needed.
• Report any mechanical issues or incidents to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, mileage, and passenger counts.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
