Job summary

Westminster Commons in Atlanta, GA is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, monitor health, and help implement individualized care plans in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

LPN licensure required for Georgia.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to high-quality care.
Able to work independently and with a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Maintain accurate records with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document residents' health conditions and vital signs.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Provide nursing care including wound and catheter care, daily living activities.
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and healthcare team for coordinated care.
Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
Ensure care aligns with regulatory and facility guidelines.
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
