Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney for its Atlanta office in a hybrid role. The candidate should have strong litigation experience, be licensed in Georgia, and possess 3–8 years of relevant labor and employment law exposure.

Responsibilities include handling matters from inception to resolution, representing management before courts and agencies, drafting motions, managing discovery, and advising clients on day-to-day issues.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing.
• 3-8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
• Significant experience in employment litigation, including matters in state and federal courts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within team-based environments.
• Experience gained at a large or well-regarded law firm preferred.

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters, from inception through resolution, including single-plaintiff and complex disputes.
• Represent management in employment-related claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings.
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary Range: $200,000 – $315,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses
