Job summary

Summit Spine & Joint Centers is seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our growing Metro Atlanta region network. You will evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic spine and pain conditions while developing your own practice within our regional system.

We welcome current Pain Medicine fellows and graduates, offering strong mentorship, collaborative clinicians, and opportunities for leadership, growth, and ownership across multiple ambulatory centers and clinics.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Fellowship training in Pain Management required.
• Current Pain Medicine fellows graduating soon are encouraged to apply.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine.
• Ability and willingness to perform minimally invasive interventional pain procedures.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in developing a long-term practice within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform minimally invasive interventional pain procedures.
• Manage patients with acute and chronic spine and pain conditions.
• Provide medication management, including responsible opioid management when clinically indicated.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and expectations.
• Collaborate with APPs, physicians, and staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and satisfaction.
