Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role.

• Knowledge of safety protocols for operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator and other heavy equipment as required on job sites.
• Follow project plans and blueprints to determine proper excavation methods and depths.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, compact earth, and level surfaces using the excavator.
• Load and unload materials onto trucks or other equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Communicate with other team members to coordinate excavation activities.
