ADVOC8 is seeking a Market Manager in Atlanta to oversee local event execution from booking through closeout. You will manage staff recruitment, scheduling, POS logistics, and on-site operations, acting as the primary client contact and coordinating with the production team as needed.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in promotional staffing, and the ability to multitask across projects. Expect weekend/holiday work with occasional travel within the Atlanta area.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client and agency partners.
• Oversee field operations, staffing, scheduling, logistics, and on-site management.
• Recruit, hire, train and oversee 8–10 part-time Promotional Specialists.
• Train staff on drone demonstrations and FAQ points.
• Provide clear performance feedback and mentorship in the field.
• Review and approve event recap forms and staff payments.
• Communicate program results and work with PM to optimize growth.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly region reviews with PM.
• Handle on-site production elements, vendor relations, and scheduling.
• Complete expenses and manage corporate cards per policy.
• Ensure compliance with state rules and regulations.
