Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia bar membership or ability to obtain admission.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in commercial litigation, premise liability, or general civil litigation preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial and general litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related filings.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Manage discovery, document review, and fact investigations.
• Attend and assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Participate in case strategy development and client communications.
• Work closely with Senior Partners on complex disputes and other high-stakes litigation matters.
