Job summary

LAZ Parking is hiring for the Atlanta Braves Stadium Event Staff Team. Positions include cashiers, lot attendants, traffic directors, shuttle attendants, lot security, maintenance and supervisors for the 2025 season. Pay varies by role, with a $200 bonus for starting and working through July.

The roles are part‑time/seasonal, outdoor, and require standing in all weather. Training is paid and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Able to work standing for extended periods.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with courtesy and great service.
• Distribute tickets and answer questions about parking.
• Expedite traffic flow and manage crowd movement.
• Follow dress code with polo, black pants/shorts and uniform colors.
• Communicate with management, supervisors, and other staff.
• Take direction from managers and respond to emergencies.

The Spirit Of The Position

The Event Staff members are the front-line personnel responsible for greeting, engaging, and interacting with all customers attending Truist Park events. The Event Staff position will last the duration of the 2025 MLB Braves season home games.

Principal Job Duties

• Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and great customer service.
• Understand the surroundings and event details to answer questions.
• Accurately distribute tickets (proof of purchase) to each customer.
• Expedite the traffic flow in a timely fashion.
• Adhere to the dress code; Uniform polo tucked in, black professional pants or shorts, and comfortable sneakers in uniform colors.
• Must be able to work outside in any weather condition (rain, snow, wind, heat, etc.) and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Must be able to work the majority of the event season. Events are scheduled days, nights weekends, and some Holidays.
• Follow all safety standards.
• Communicate with management, supervisors, and traffic directors.
• Answer customer service questions concerning parking, answer general customer inquiries courteously, professionally, and effectively, and refer questions to the supervisor when applicable.
• Will be expected to take direction from Managers, Supervisors, and emergency responders during emergencies.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Experience

• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working in outdoor/extreme weather conditions is preferred.
• Some positions may require a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Skills

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Must be able to work unsupervised.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
• Must be able to work standing up/on feet for extended periods.

Physical Demands

• Work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Lift, push, and pull at least 15 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
