Job summary

Cox in Atlanta, GA is seeking a senior leader to own the multi-year growth strategy for the DealShield portfolio, including market sizing, prioritization, and business case development. You will lead development, commercialization, and implementation of new DealShield products and oversee post-launch profitability.

You will support network growth through analysis and onboarding readiness, monitor partner profitability, and drive cross-organizational action using BI and Streamline360 methods.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a related discipline with 10 years of experience in a related field; or MS/MA with 8 years; or PhD with 5 years.
• Agility, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making.
• Ability to translate ambiguous opportunities into funded, sequenced plans.
• Customer focus and results orientation.
• Strong communications across mediums and levels.

Responsibilities

• Owns multi-year growth strategy for the DealShield portfolio: market sizing, prioritization, and business case development.
• Leads development, commercialization, and implementation of new DealShield products including Return Advantage and Seller Guarantee; accountable for post-launch P&L.
• Supports independent auction network growth through analysis, location economics, and onboarding readiness; monitors partner profitability and addresses performance issues.
• Leverages business intelligence to assess trends, surface cross-organizational issues, and recommend action; applies Streamline360 methods to scale efficiently.
• Leads, coaches, and develops a team of 5; builds bench strength by delegating strategic scope, not execution.
