Responsibilities

• Assist with practices and games, helping athletes develop athletically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially.

Description The Varsity Assistant Coach at Lighthouse Christian Academy supports the Head Coach in leading a competitive, Christ-centered athletic program that develops student-athletes spiritually, athletically, emotionally, and socially. Varsity athletics should pursue competitive excellence while maintaining a strong commitment to Christian character, integrity, sportsmanship, and discipleship.
Assistant Coaches are expected to support program culture, reinforce expectations, and represent Lighthouse Christian Academy professionally.

Requirements
