Job summary

Southeastern Oklahoma State University’s Athletics department is hiring a Sports Information Assistant/Graphic/Video Design to manage content across social media, gameday graphics, and publications. You will oversee roster highlights, feature student-athletes and staff, and contribute to external communications.

The role includes assisting in gameday operations, producing video board content, and supporting PR/marketing design initiatives. Bachelor's is required; Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in photography/videography and editing is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Proficiency in graphic design is required.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and statistics preferred.
• Proven success in social media engagement and growth preferred.
• Experience with website content management systems is preferred.
• Adherence to NCAA, conference, and institutional rules is required.

Responsibilities

• Create content that highlights student-athletes, coaches, and staff stories.
• Gatekeeper for all GoSoutheastern social media content for affiliated programs.
• Assist in revenue-generating ideas with the director of athletics and external operations.
• Assist in marketing and promotion of all Southeastern athletic events.
• Assist the athletic director in special projects.
• Capture content to highlight all Southeastern athletic programs.
