Oakton College, Des Plaines, IL, is seeking an Athletics GameDay Assistant to help coordinate and run game day operations for home events. You will support staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with athletic policies.

The role requires evenings/weekends availability, basic HUDL/live streaming familiarity, and a customer-service mindset to support student-athletes and officials. Salary is $22.68/hour for 25 hours/week, with potential hybrid options after 30 days.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of college or high school game day experience.
• Experience with game management technology.
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends.
• Multitask, prioritize, work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification maintained.

Responsabilidades

• Train, supervise, and evaluate game day staff.
• Create weekly schedules for game day staff.
• Coordinate home game management, setup/teardown.
• Schedule filming and livestreaming via Hudl and Gamechanger.
• Act as game administrator for select events.
• Collect vendor documentation for official payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
