Oakton College in Des Plaines, IL seeks an Athletics Game Day Assistant to support coordination and execution of athletic department game day operations. The role ensures events run safely and efficiently in line with policies and goals.

The position involves training staff, scheduling, and coordinating home event management, including HUDL and Gamechanger livestreams, with evening/weekend hours as needed.

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent; some college preferred.
• One year of college or high school game day experience required; supervising staff experience preferred.
• Experience with game management technology and computer literacy required; HUDL, Gamechanger, scoreboard consoles, and live stating experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in training, supervising, and evaluating game day staff and student employees.
• Create weekly work schedules for game day staff and student employees.
• Coordinate game management for home contests including setup and teardown of game day equipment.
• Coordinate and/or schedule filming and livestreaming of home events via Hudl and Gamechanger.
• Act as game administrator for select home athletic events.
• Assist in collecting vendor documentation for payment of officials.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
