Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR & First Aid training is required before first scheduled shift.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and late evenings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety for all participants including parents, coaches, athletes and spectators.
• Enforce policies and procedures for each program and location.
• Disseminate program information to patrons; answer questions and helps resolve problems.
• Prepare/breakdown facilities for events by setting up/tearing down equipment, opening & closing gates, and checking seating areas for debris/trash.
• Handle both emergency and non-emergency situations appropriately.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of equipment use and maintenance, facilities, operations, supplies, and rules of sports for all levels of participants.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
