Hyland Hills Parks & Recreation in Westminster, CO is seeking a Part Time Sports Supervisor to supervise and scorekeep recreational programs across multiple locations. The role requires professionalism, safety, and strong customer service while engaging with youth and adults.

Responsibilities include enforcing program policies, setting up facilities, managing crowds, handling emergencies, and coordinating with staff.

Formación

• CPR & First Aid training is required before first scheduled shift.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and late evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety for all participants including parents, coaches, athletes and spectators.
• Enforce policies and procedures for each program and location.
• Disseminate program information to patrons; answer questions and helps resolve problems.
• Prepare/breakdown facilities for events by setting up/tearing down equipment, opening & closing gates, and checking seating areas for debris/trash.
• Handle both emergency and non-emergency situations appropriately.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of equipment use and maintenance, facilities, operations, supplies, and rules of sports for all levels of participants.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
