Job summary

Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute seeks a Supervisory role to oversee the athletic trainer residency program and staff. You will manage development, curriculum, and staffing for the CAATE-accredited ATC residency, ensuring program effectiveness and compliance.

You will coordinate education talks, CPR training, and credentialing while partnering with departments and external satellite clinics. Florida licensure and BOC certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in athletic training from a CAATE Accredited Institution or Bachelor’s in athletic training or related field.
• CAATE Program Director Certificate preferred.
• Current NATA BOC certification and Florida licensure as Athletic Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee acquisition and maintenance of CAATE-accredited ATC residency program.
• Develop ATC residency curriculum.
• Hire and supervise ATC staff for coverage and residency program.
