Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking an Athletic Trainer to support workplace injury prevention and employee wellness across 50+ locations nationwide. This PRN role focuses on proactive prevention, early intervention, and wellness education to keep employees safe, healthy, and productive.

Responsibilities include implementing injury prevention programs, ergonomic evaluations, employee education, and first-aid care in alignment with OSHA guidelines, while collaborating with EHS,

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities confidently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Injury prevention & management programs in partnership with client to drive participation and outcomes
• Conduct ergonomic evaluations and provide actionable recommendations to EHS team
• Lead targeted training and education initiatives focused on injury prevention and wellness
• Support and enhance employer wellness initiatives
• Provide first-aid-level care for workplace injuries per OSHA guidelines
• Partner with EHS, HR, and site leadership to embed prevention and wellness into culture
