Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training or equivalent.
• Athletic Trainer certification required.
• BLS or Instructor-Preferred.
• Minimum 2 years outreach experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with schools, physicians, coaches, and parents.
• Maintain injury/treatment logs and submit reports.
• Attend monthly meetings and in-service activities.
• Promote athletic safety in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provides athletic training services to student-athletes at designated school(s).
• Educates athletes, coaches, and parents on injury prevention and treatment.
• Coordinates scheduling for radiologic studies, clinic appointments, and visits to local athletic directors and coaches.
• Ensures coverage for assigned school(s) with schedule to be determined.
