Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Spring Hill, FL is seeking an Athletic Trainer to support Springstead High School and surrounding communities. You will develop treatment plans, perform orthopedic assessments, counsel on concussions, nutrition, and mental health, and coordinate with MDs, PTs, and school staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in athletic training required.
• Licensure and ABC certification required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
• Orthopedic assessments and documentation.
• Counseling on concussions, nutrition, mental health, etc.
• Coordinated stakeholder communication, e.g., MD, PT, PSC, etc.
• Field and venue setup.

Your Responsibilities As An Athletic Trainer

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience and market factors)
