Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an Athletic Trainer to join our Nature Coast High School program. You will deliver patient-centered care, establish treatment plans, and collaborate with clinicians, families, and school staff to support student athletes.

The role emphasizes orthopedic assessments, concussion counseling, nutrition guidance, and coordination with MD/PT teams, with a focus on community outreach and professional growth within a leading sports medicine practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in athletic training.
• State licensure and certification by the American Board of Certification.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
• Orthopedic assessments and documentation.
• Counseling on concussions, nutrition, mental health, etc.
• Coordinated stakeholder communication, e.g., MD, PT, PSC, etc.
• Field and venue setup.

Education

Bachelor’s in athletic training

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience and market factors)
