Job summary
Bon Secours Mercy Health in Springfield seeks a Sports Team Athletic Trainer to provide medical coverage for practices, games, and community events. You will evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate injuries, deliver CPR training, and support coaches and parents on injury prevention and care strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training is required.
- Master's degree in Athletic Training is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform athletic injury evaluations, treatments, and rehabilitation per protocols.
- Provide emergency medical services and stabilize injuries.
- Safely administer medications per state regulations.
- Develop and manage injury prevention programs for athletes.
- Coordinate referrals to ensure continuity of care with specialists.
- Communicate injury statuses to coaches, parents, and team physicians.
