As an Athletic Trainer on our team, you will utilize your full scope of skills to support orthopedic care and treatment, working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and community partners, including local high schools.

Position Details:

• Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
• Full-time, primarily covering South Metro campuses (Eagan, Lakeville, Woodbury, Hastings), with flexibility to cover other Summit locations.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (may vary based on team needs).

Responsibilities include:

• Room patients, obtain health histories, and perform assessments.
• Document patient information and care in medical records.
• Complete necessary forms for patients, employers, or insurance.
• Assess post-operative wounds and instruct on wound care.
• Provide patient education verbally or in writing.
• Act as liaison between patients, families, and physicians; serve as a resource for clinical staff.
• Travel to outreach locations and athletic events as needed.
• Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms.

The compensation range for this role is $26.40 to $33.00 per hour, with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k)/profit sharing plan. Final salary will be determined based on skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
