Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Physician Extender to join our team in Georgia. You will develop timely treatment plans, coordinate care with MDs and clinicians, and contribute to spine and pain management services.

A Bachelor’s in athletic training is required, with a Master’s preferred, and you must hold state licensure and ATC certification. We offer a competitive base salary and opportunities for professional development within a collaborative, patient-centered practice that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in athletic training; masters preferred.
• Minimum one year of field experience.
• State licensure and Athletic Trainer certification required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community and clinics
• Spine and pain management assessments and documentation
• Coordinated stakeholder communication, e.g., MD, PT, PSC, etc.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $56,000 - $65,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
