Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required.
• Master's degree in a health-related field is preferred.
• Two or more years of related experience.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) credential.
• Georgia State License required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training services under the direction of orthopedic physicians or surgeons.
• Evaluate and treat medical and musculoskeletal conditions within athletic training scope.
• Assist with athletic training program development as needed.
• Serve as a preceptor for the Athletic Training Residency program with teaching duties.
