Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an Athletic Trainer to support student-athletes at North Paulding High School. The role focuses on injury assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing education for athletes and staff within a school-based setting.

The position emphasizes building strong connections with patients, clinicians, and community partners, while upholding evidence-based practices and delivering comprehensive athletic training care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in athletic training required.
• State licensure and certification by the ABC required.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
• Orthopedic assessments and documentation.
• Counseling on concussions, nutrition, mental health, etc.

Education

Bachelor’s in athletic training

State licensure and certified by the American Board of Certification

Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
