Qualifications

• Ability to complete American Heart Association Healthcare Provider (BLS) training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of injuries and refer patients to appropriate healthcare services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Plan and facilitate patient discharge by providing at-home care instructions.
