Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Athletic Training required.
Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate.
Certified as BOC or eligible to sit for BOC preferred.
Responsibilities
Assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
Assess body mechanics and create plans for mitigation.
Document all employee treatments efficiently.
Educate and coach on discomfort to eliminate injury contributions.
