Young World Physical Education is seeking an Athletic Trainer for Forsyth R-III School District to handle injury management and rehabilitation for student-athletes. The candidate will collaborate with coaches and physicians, implement prevention programs, and maintain medical records. A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training, BOC Certification, and a Missouri State License are required. Qualifications
Current BOC Certification in good standing.
Valid Missouri State License (or eligibility to obtain one).
Current CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification.
Responsibilities
Provide immediate on-site care for acute injuries during practices and home games.
Develop and implement injury prevention programs.
Design and supervise individualized recovery plans for student-athletes.
Maintain records of injuries, treatments, and physician clearances.
Conduct workshops for students and coaches.
Skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Education
