Job summary

You will document assessments, progress, and billing while supporting outreach and discharge planning. A CAATE-accredited degree, BOC certification, and licensure eligibility are required, with ACLS/BLS training within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in athletic training from CAATE-accredited program.
• Current Athletic Training certification by BOC.
• Eligible for Athletic Trainer license within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to complete AHA BLS CPR/AED within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess injuries and refer patients to appropriate services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor progress.
• Address factors affecting patient comfort and adapt care for diverse needs.
• Plan and guide patient discharge with at-home care instructions and referrals.
• Complete documentation including assessments, progress notes, and billing.
• Support community outreach to raise awareness and referrals.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and safe equipment.
