Cognito Systems, in partnership with PSI, seeks a Certified Athletic Trainer for the U.S. Army H2F program at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, WA. This full-time/temporary role supports prevention, injury care, and performance optimization within a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires CAATE-accredited education, BOC certification, and an unrestricted license; U.S. citizenship is required. On-site duties last through September 2027 with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in athletic training from CAATE-accredited program.
• Passing score from the BOC for Athletic Trainer and NPI.
• Unrestricted state license/registration to practice athletic training.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with physical therapists, strength and conditioning coaches, dietitians, and other professionals.
• Provide prevention, acute injury management, and rehab for musculoskeletal injuries.
• Contribute to readiness and performance across physical, mental, nutritional, sleep, and spiritual domains.
• Support leaders with evidence-based strategies to reduce injuries and promote recovery.
• Utilize CIMT-developed data/tools to track and improve outcomes.
• Help improve ACFT pass rates and soldier resilience.
