Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking an Athletic Trainer to support Cranbrook/Kingswood School in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. The athletic trainer will provide comprehensive services for student-athletes and will complete approximately 1,000 hours of coverage annually, with additional duties in Sports Medicine/Orthopedic clinics.

You will collaborate with Henry Ford Health team physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, help athletes reach peak performance, and educate on

Qualifications

• Board of Certification (ATC) and Michigan state licensure or eligibility before hire.
• Post-professional master's degree in athletic training or related field preferred, with ~2 years' experience.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting.
• Knowledge of NCAA, NJCAA, and MHSAA policies; commitment to community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training services to Cranbrook/Kingswood School athletes.
• Coordinate appointments between Henry Ford Health and the school.
• Collaborate with HFH physicians and other professionals for integrated care.
• Deliver individualized care to enhance injuries and overall wellness.
• Educate on health best practices and promote long-term wellness.
• Support clinic and outreach activities beyond the school.
