Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated in Massachusetts seeks an Athletic Trainer to float among schools around the South Shore and south of Boston, delivering on-site athletic training services.

You will design rehab programs, perform assessments, provide emergency care, manage equipment and injury reports, and support student-athlete health with careful, compliant practice. A valid MA Athletic Trainer license and BLS are required, with 0–1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training required.
  • Massachusetts Athletic Trainer license or eligibility required.
  • BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Cares for athletic injuries and provides immediate care.
  • Designs and implements injury rehabilitation programs.
  • Performs assessments and develops action plans for student–athletes.
  • Provides athletic training coverage for home/hosted contests per CCCAA bylaws.
  • Administers Emergency Care and First Aid.
  • Maintains injury reports and ensures proper equipment use and fitting.
  • Maintains clinic documents, supplies, and work environment.
