Mercy is seeking an Athletic Trainer to support a Springfield High School program in Missouri. This full-time role involves delivering athletic training services, evaluating injuries, and coordinating care with Mercy resources to ensure safe return to activity.
Ideal candidates have a certified athletic trainer credential, state licensure eligibility, and flexibility for occasional odd hours, weekends, and travel. Mercy emphasizes mission alignment and professional development for staff.
Provide services in regards to prevention, recognition, evaluation, immediate care and rehabilitation for all active individuals and sports related injuries. Overall goal is to maximize safe return to activity. The individual will also demonstrate professional development and responsibility within the field of athletic training. The incumbent will perform related duties as assigned. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
