We are seeking a passionate certified athletic trainer/ wellness professional to provide ONSITE injury management and one-on-one health behavior change interventions for our construction client partners. You will promote a healthy culture and strive to engage employees in the company's well-being offerings. This candidate will serve as a wellness ambassador and role model.
NOTE: You MUST be a Certified Athletic Trainer through the BOC and possess or be eligible for MA State Licensure (LAT) through the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professionals.
Cardiac care/CPR/AED required
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills required
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, walk on uneven surfaces (dirt, rock, mud, etc.), walk several flights of stairs per day, be exposed to various environmental & lighting conditions, and assist injured individuals on/off work areas
Required: BS Degree in Athletic Training or higher
